DISM 0x80240021 error windows 8.1 and Error windows update 80070017

Hello,

I recently have this error message that pops up in random times : "Hôte natif de diagntics scriptés a cessé de fonctionner"



So I tried updating my windows but windows update keeps giving me the error code 80070017 and code 519, and keep failing at instaling the update : KB5005613.
On CMD (admin) : I tried SFC /scannow but it stops at 100% and dosent show results and I tried DISM and I got error code 0x80240021 and DISM echec

I have an i7 HP with windows 8.1.
