[SOLVED] DirectPlay Installation Error Windows 10 (0x80071A90)

I do not know if this would be the correct catagory, but anyways.

Hello, I have made this thread hoping it will be solved.
Today I found my old copy of Sonic R for the PC. I was so happy because I also happen to have a windows 10 laptop. Well when I tried to open SonicR.exe it said I needed DirectPlay. So I tried to install it and got an Error saying: “The function attempted to use a name that is reserved for use by another Transaction.” I have tried to install DirectPlay multiple times but still get the same result. I'm running Windows 10 Version 1511.

Nevermind It randomly just installed fine.

How would I set this as solved?
