Hello, I have a Dell XPS 15 9560 that I purchased about 2 years ago. Over the last couple of months, it has been crashing with BSODs at random times throughout the day. Sometimes I would be working in Excel, it would BSOD, sometimes watching YouTube, sometimes completely idle overnight.

I have reinstalled Windows 10 several times, and I have tried using older drivers from Dell and the latest drivers from Dell. BSODs continue to happen randomly while during load or not.

I ran MemTest86+ for 8 passes and no errors. I ran Prime95 for about 2 hours and no BSOD. Windows would BSOD when at 1% CPU or 50%+ CPU. It just randomly happens and I have no way to reproduce it.

I was hoping someone can help me analyze the minidump files, as the laptop is very unreliable right now for me to do any real work. I have included most of the dmp files dating back to April of 2020, and the latest dmp file was with Driver Verifier enabled (052120-11484-01-dv-enabled.dmp).

Shared OneDrive with all of my minidump files:

Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help troubleshoot. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi, thanks for your response. Unfortunately I could not find any Node Interleaving options in the BIOS. Is there another name for this? Most of the BIOS options that I see might be related are for CPU: Intel SpeedStep, C-States Control, Intel TurboBoost, HyperThread Control.

And just as a side note, I am using Windows 10 Build 2004 from Windows Insider right now. It was originally on Build 1909, but it consistently BSOD so I decided to try Windows Insider.

I just turned off Virtualization and VT for Direct I/O in BIOS. Although I am not running any VMs at the moment, I do hope the issue is not virtualization related so I can run VMs in the future.

Just had a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD while I was typing in Word. Lots of other applications open, such as Chrome, Excel, PowerPoint, Spotify, but nothing was actively stressing the CPU. I have included the latest minidump file (052220-8609-01.dmp) to my OneDrive: Public

While typing this response, I got an IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD. Also added the minidump to the OneDrive.

The laptop was stable from 9 AM today until 11:11 PM today where I got the two BSODs above.

Laptop just crashed with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD while watchin YouTube. Minidump file (052320-9015-01.dmp) added to OneDrive: Public

Please let me know if you would like me to attach my dmp files to the posts itself, or if there's anything else I can provide.

Enable Driver Verifier with all standard settings and all additional settings except "Randomized low resources simulation", "Systematic low resources simulation", and "Code integrity checks"

Hello, I just got a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION BSOD while watching YouTube with Driver Verifier enabled with your suggested options. Please see the minidmp file (052320-14046-01-dv-enabled.dmp) on my OneDrive: Public

MemTest86 passed with no errors also. Please let me know if there's anything else I can try. In the meantime, I will repaste my CPU and put on some thermal pads.
