Damaged SYSTEM hive

Hello,

I'm unable to boot my OS. Something happened to my system after running Diagnostic startup from MSCONFIG. I am unable to boot the system normally or safe mode.

I ran DISM, SFC. Possibly a damage to SYSTEM hive, as that is what Diagnostic startup seems to touch

I attach the SYSTEM hive and all the other hives.
