S Suman New member Joined Mar 27, 2023 Posts 3 Mar 27, 2023 #1 Hi, I'm trying to install 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 (1809) (KB5023702) but the installation is failing with Error code: 0x80073712 I have manually downloaded and installed the update file from Microsoft Update Catalog which gives the same result. I don't know what's going on.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system. Save any work you have open, and close all programs. Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop. Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it. SFCFix will launch, let it complete. Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt. Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply. Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result.
