CSI Missing Winning Component Key

Hi, I have 2008 r2 Server which shows CSI Missing Winning Component Key in chksur.log
Unable to install any patches with error - The update is not applicable on your machine

I am attaching the components hive along with CBS and chksur logs
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
