I'm having a hard time creating a System (Boot) partition.
These are the partitions I'm working with:

I don't know why but they changed back.

I don't have Windows XP. I don't know how to remove it.
I have tried booting to a Windows 10 .ISO and running Startup Repair.
It doesn't boot.
I have run:
md C:\boot
copied wgl4_boot.ttf To C:\boot
md C:\boot\en-us
copied bootmgr.exe.mui To C:\boot\en-us
c:
CD\
BOOTREC /fixmbr Successful

I can't get past this.
