HP Laptop or Desktop? deskktop Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) OS ? (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista) x86 (32bit) or x64 (64bit) 64bit What was original installed OS on system? win 10 Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? preistalled Age of system? (hardware) 5 + years (remaned) Age of OS installation? Have you re-installed the OS? no CPU ? RAM (brand, EXACT model, what slots are you using?)? Video Card - on mother board MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one) ? Is driver verifier enabled or disabled?? What security software are you using? (Firewall, antivirus, antimalware, antispyware, and so forth) microsoft defender /malwarebyte Are you using proxy, vpn, ipfilters or similar software? nordvpn Are you using Disk Image tools? (like daemon tools, alcohol 52% or 120%, virtual CloneDrive, roxio software) no Are you currently under/overclocking? Are there overclocking software installed on your system? no Cleaned all the dust out fans cpu heatsink out of this pc. x BlueRobot Administrator Staff member Joined May 7, 2013 Posts 10,171 Location %systemroot% Oct 1, 2021 #4 I'm not sure, however, I've seen NordVPN cause issues in the past, it would be worthwhile to remove the program while troubleshooting, especially if the issue appears to be isolated to using your web browser.

NewbieBluey Active member Joined Sep 30, 2021 Posts 27 Oct 7, 2021 #5 Happen again today watching videos. Uninstalled nordvpn and will see how it goes. If it the a Vpn that's causing this...is the there a vpn that won't? EDIT: Its not the vpn ... found out its done this twice before removing the vpn and it just did it now. Thank for your Help. if the folder the zip file was is there is a exe called autorunsc that I Cant delete do not have admin rights. this is a file from sysative?" Also a new issue... it won't go past the bios screen at times. Found out that started after it self powered off ... I going to get a new pc tomorrow....
