Have you tried removing NordVPN? I assume that NordSec is part of the same software package?

I'm not sure, however, I've seen NordVPN cause issues in the past, it would be worthwhile to remove the program while troubleshooting, especially if the issue appears to be isolated to using your web browser.

Happen again today watching videos. Uninstalled nordvpn and will see how it goes.
If it the a Vpn that's causing this...is the there a vpn that won't?

EDIT: Its not the vpn ... found out its done this twice before removing the vpn and it just did it now.

Could you please run the Sysnative file collection tool again? Please keep NordVPN uninstalled while I attempt to troubleshoot the issue.

It'll be from Autoruns, one of the Sysnative logs uses it, you should be able to delete it.

It seems that it might be a possible hardware error, have you ran any tests?
