Corrupted SYSTEM hive

Cannot boot.

SFC and DISM are unable to repair.

From CBS.LOG:
2021-10-24 09:22:52, Info CBS Failed to load the SYSTEM hive from 'C:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM' into registry key 'HKLM\SYSTEM'. [HRESULT = 0x800703f1 - ERROR_BADDB]
