[SOLVED] Corrupt files have returned.

Well, that would make sense, I did just do a Nvidia driver update. Seems like Nvidia isn't testing these drivers as well as they should be.

When running DISM I get error: 0x800f081f and it tells me that the files could not be found.

Yup that's likely the same file. You can follow those instructions at the link to fix this file if you wish but don't be surprised if it comes back when updating NVIDIA drivers.
