Corrupt Components Hive - My Windows Server 2019 won't install latest Updates

Hi, My windows server 2019 VM is failing to install the latest updates since February or so. The error code for the failed update is: 0x800703f1.
I have run the following commands: (no success)

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow

Updates are still failing to install with the same error.
