Corrupt Component Store - CU install fails to install - W10 21H2

Hello! I've been fighting this issue for a while, did the obligatory sfc/dism commands, even patched a W10 21H2 iso install.wim with the cu and used it as the source in my dism command, repaired windows components, etc. here's my CBS logs and componentsscanner.txt, your help will be greatly appreciated!
