ive recently wiped my main ssd as well so remove any files and such that may be affecting it, I've also installed a new version of windows.

Both DIMM, 16GB each show massive Memory-errors
F4-3600C19-16GTRS <- RAM used and its not intended to run with that proc (running at 4275 MHz), actualy mem-speed at 2133 MHz and it should be 3600 MHz for the RAM.
fix that first

In its QVL, you can find only INTEL motherboards.
In your MB QVL, you can't find that ram kit.
Therefore it seems this ram kit isn't compatible with your motherboard.
Is this a new build?

Try some ram test:
Test RAM with PassMark MemTest86
Test RAM with Windows MEMORY DIAGNOSTIC tool
Test RAM with HCIDesign Memtest

So i ran the tests and they didn't catch any errors, this build is about a year old and a while ago a had a problem where my pc wouldnt boot out of bios, after a while of working to see what the problem was i just reinstalled windows and it worked again... problem being i used a version of KMSpico and im not sure if its *beep* with my pc or not. it wasn't restarting and crashing beforehand i mean it worked perfectly.

Then I would recommend removing KMSpico and installing a legal copy of Windows.
