I ran the update assistant to 1909 and then had sound issues as there is no Realtek audio driver for 1909. I rolled back to 1903 and now have BSOD's even if I don't do anything. Unable to do a reinstall of 1903 as the only version I can now get online is 1909. I 've not had any issues with drives or memory prior to the update. Attached is the results of the file collection app. system details below. From the DRT: Malwarebytes Web Access Control If it's blamed in a BSOD, it may be due to an outdated version of BitDefender 2016. Ensure that BitDefender is updated to the latest version. axe0 Administrator, BSOD Academy Instructor, Security Analyst Staff member Joined May 21, 2015 Posts 3,289 Location Holland Jan 13, 2020 #5 If things get back to how they used to be, feel free to reinstall Malwarebytes and Bitdefender again if you have subscriptions. They should work perfectly together. The DRT info isn't exactly applicable anymore unless one would use a 4 years old version of Bitdefender and not update it.

In my opinion, if the system remains stable with Windows Defender, then install Malwarebytes first and then continue to use the computer as you normally would. If you don't have any issues with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes installed, then install Bitdefender again. If the system begins to crash again, then uninstall Bitdefender. I've seen Bitdefender cause plenty of issues in the past.

I do agree with you, though, that it's better to install one-by-one.

I can only assume either the upgrade or the rollback or a combination of both caused the issue with Malwarebytes and Bitdefender as I do make sure I keep them up to date. Ill put Malwarebytes back on tomorrow and if all goes well I'll add bitdefender back on. Thanks again of all your help.
