Constant Blue Screen/Computer Freezing

I have not re-installed the OS only installed it when I built the computer.

· CPU
AMD FX(tm)-4130 Quad-Core Processor

· Video Card
ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX760 2GB GDDR5 256-bit

· MotherBoard ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

So I built this computer about a year ago, just bought all the parts and saw if they were compatible and then just put everything together. So I dont know who the system manufacturer would be.

Just recently I've been getting BSODs saying that my Clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor. Also my computer will just randomly freeze and stay frozen. So I either get this BSOD or I get a frozen computer or sometimes my display will even shut off then I either get a BSOD or it stays off until I restart my computer. I've cleaned out the dust, re-installed the chipset drivers. I've done system restore, system repair, sfc /scannow, virus scans from Security essentials, malewarebytes, and Avira and nothing came up. I've also done the windows check disk and windows memory check and they all came back fine. So I am at a loss on how to fix it.

Any help will be much appreciated,
