Configuration registry database corrupt

Hello guys any help is appreciated, Windows update is trying to install a cumulative security update (KB5053602) and fails everytime (Install error - 0x800703f1, making my laptop act up to the point I can't really use it)
before component scanner i couldn't run sfc and dism said error 1009, now sfc runs smoothly and dism gets stuck at 62.3%. Update still fails
