Configuration Registry Database Corrupt

Hey guys! So lately I have been trying to install a driver for my GPU (Nvidia GeForce GT630M) since I wasn't able to use it as my primary GPU for some reason (I have two GPU's in my ASUS ET2300 All-in-one). Turns out I can't install any drivers for this type.
I have tried many things that were suggested by the Nvidia forum, including using a DDU to remove whatever was left of my Nvidia driver, but everytime I run the Nvidia installer it simply tells me that the installation has failed regardless.
However it was when I tried to update the driver from the Windows Device Manager that it told me exactly what the problem was. Initially the GPU shows up as 'Unknown Device' (probably because I used a DDU to wipe all the files) and when I select the option to update the driver of this specific device, it searches for possible drivers online and it does eventually recognize the driver as my GPU.
However it can't complete the installation due to the 'Configuration Registry Database' being corrupt.

I have run sfc/scannow which tells me 'Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them'
I will attach the CBS logs.

I hope that theres a solution to this problem and I look forward to hearing from you.
