I have been referred over her from bleepingcomputer.com. Here is a link to the work we've already done.
computer/browser running slow - Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs

Here is the SFC Fix log file. The zipped CBS folder times out before it uploads.

Yes I still have high CPU and memory usage when windows update is turned ON. With it turned off, the CPU usage goes way down until I open my yahoo mail (yeah I know, don't judge me).
I ran the CleanMem tool.
I started the steps listed in the second link. The svchost lookup tool said the combined memory used by all svchost was 276.03MB.
In the task manager window, the highlighted svchost uses 85-95 CPU and 11,550KB of memory.
Should I proceed with the rest of the steps listed in that post?
