Hi,
On: Win7 SP1 X64
The windows update 20yy-mm Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems patches have been failing on this system for over a year. The .NET Framework and SQL 2012 patches were also failing. I'm avoiding the SQL patch until the system patches are successful. After going through the initial steps SFC Scan, SURT the 2019-07 Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8 for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB4507420) installed successfully. The Rollup failed with:
Code 80070005 2018-03 through 2019-08
Code 800F0826 2018-05-23
Most recent set of steps:
SFC Scan - clean, no repairs
SURT Scan - No errors
SFCFix - all counts 0, no corruption
Attempt re-install of KB4507449 failed
SFCFix - all counts 0, no corruption (inline below)
CBS 2019-08-12.zip (my first time with Google Drive, seems )
What else can I provide to assist with diagnosing this problem?
