Chrome showing "Managed by your organization”

Hi guys, I have opened Chrome in my new laptop and found that it’s “Managed by your organization”
Opened Edge and found the same. Uninstalled Edge.
Can someone give some guidance on removing this “Managed by your organization”.

Where do you see this message?
