[SOLVED] CBS Manifest Corruption how to fix

Have some manifest corruption involving 10.0.19041.1320 and 10.0.19041.1348 packages. How do I fix these manifest corruptions so DISM, windows updates, etc. continue as expected? (versus not being able to find sources despite extracting .iso files)

Welcome to sysnative.

Please do the following.

Export/Upload CBS folder

1. On Windows 8 and Windows 10, press the Windows key, type This PC, and press Enter.
   On Windows Vista and Windows 7, click the Start button then click Computer.
2. Double-click on the C: drive, under the Hard Disk Drives category, and then scroll down to, and double click on the Windows folder.
3. Find and double click on the Logs folder.
4. Right-click on the CBS folder, and select Copy.
5. Go back to your Desktop, right-click on it, and select Paste. You should now see a copy of the CBS folder appear on your Desktop called CBS.
6. Right-click on this new folder, and navigate through Send to, and select Compressed (zipped) folder.
7. A new file, also called CBS (CBS.zip), but this time with a different icon, will be created on your desktop.
8. Please upload it to a file sharing service and provide the link to it in your next reply. Examples of services to upload to are Dropbox or OneDrive or SendSpace

Retrieve Components Hive

1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the COMPONENTS file.
2. Please copy this file to your desktop.
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again.
3. Right-click on this file on your desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named COMPONENTS.ZIP on your desktop.
4. The file will likely be too large to upload here so please upload to a file sharing service. Examples of services to upload to are Dropbox or OneDrive or SendSpace and then just provide the link in your reply.

I'm sure this is the wrong way to do it. But I was impatient last night and located the various .1348 and .1320 entries that seemed to always have newer versions available in the registry associated with the specific strings above (example "Microsoft-Windows-RegulatedPackages-WOW64-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.1348") and simply deleted the registry keys that referred to the entries (and the actual named entry as well). Then after 0x800f0831 disappeared 0x80073701 started appearing as the showstopper, which then caused me to continue to find the entries it was referring to that again seemed like the older entries. Then after both errors disappeared it seems items like add/remote windows features, windows updates, dism, etc. all completed successfully without any critical errors. It was very laborious though -- probably a few hundred registry keys to search for and delete and test. Now the question is does it matter that those packages older versions (.1320, .1348) don't exist versus I'm assuming you were going to help direct me to restoring those manifests/etc. It is unclear since all the dism/sfc/windows updates seem happy/aren't complaining? But maybe I should be downloading the KB's associated with those packages and extracting the cab and forcing DISM to re-install them. It is unclear since they seem? like they are all superseded by more recent versions so I don't know again if it matters to keep the old versions around.

If your updates are going through successfully and DISM and SFC are working and completing through 100% then best leave alone, the older versions will be superseded.
