cant update windows , cant download anything from the microsoft store and even the xbox app doesnt update

my pc doesn't update windows it says "We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet

i reset my pc a couple of times and upgraded to win 11 and still the issue is still there even then microsoft store doesnt work i tried almost every fix ive seen online and nothing works


can anyone please help me with this
