Can't Update Windows 10 x64 OS Build 19042.985 Error code: (0x80070570)

Hi,

I'm getting an Error code: (0x80070570) when trying to update Windows.
I have tried running sfc /scannow in cmd but get a message saying "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service."
Alternatively I tried using the DISM tool but also got an Error: 193

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
