[SOLVED] Can't update Server 2008 R2

I saw a post where you helped someone resolve update issues by having him run an update with dism based on output from a cbs log. I think this is what you need I just can't figure out how to trace to what update I need. If you can help I would appreciate it greatly and if I need to send more of the log please let me know.
