Can't open Windows 10 Settings... SFCFix: "Something has gone horribly wrong..."

Ran SFCFix, got the following:


Something has gone horribly wrong and SFCFix has crashed. Would you like SFCFix
to submit a crash report to the developer so that this problem can be fixed?
Type "y" for yes or "n" for no and press enter to continue:

I hit a y... so you probably got something. I'm attaching my CBS zip below as well.

HELP! I've tried quite a few things... and then found YOU!

Hi!

What seems to be the issue that prompted you to try SFCFix? The error happens when the tool is launched on Windows 10 with no script attached to it.
