The Windows version is 7 SP1 Ultimate, with a classic theme.
That explains why your menus look like they came from an XP system. Nothing wrong with doing this at all. It's just that I noticed them immediately and was wondering if we were in fact dealing with an XP system here.
Thank you for the
dxdiag report.
This is what I was after (the audio components) -

The only thing that I can think of at this point (that comes to mind) is that you have an unsupported Windows OS and that Realtek and AMD may not have cared when updating these drivers whether or not they worked with Windows 7 or not because of the outdated OS.
I suggest that you try to locate prior versions of these drivers if you can (I've had no luck in doing so) and try them - see if they work.
Why have you not upgraded to Windows 10 yet? Your Intel core i5 system certainly is built for it.
Windows 10 reverted many of the changes found in Windows 8/8.1 back to those found in Windows 7 meaning that Windows 10 is much closer to Windows 7 for the end user than Windows 8/8.1 is.

p.s. Another thing to try is to update the Realtek audio drivers -
PC Audio Codecs > High Definition Audio Codecs Software - REALTEK
Yours are dated 2016; the following are dated 2017 -
Go to the second grouping (Windows) and try the first highlighted driver first.
*** IMPORTANT - before installing any driver updates, create a Windows System Restore point first -
Windows System Restore - Create a Restore Point (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 & Vista)
After you try the first driver update -- if it does not work or the install failed, restore your system using Windows System Restore and the restore point that you just created. After the restore has completed, try the second driver.
