Can't install some windows updates, looking for some SFCFix help (SURT corruption count=18)

Hi I'm here looking for some help with SFCFix, (somebody who can make me a custom script to fix the SFCFix errors). Please. I ran SFCFix and it told me that the SURT corruption count is 18 and it couldn't repair it. I'm taking care of my windows installation since 2014, and I already got some windows updates that I can't install and no tool was able to fix this. Of course I did run SFC /scannow first and it told me it's all good.
