Can't install KB5030216 on Windows Server 2022 Standard Editon

In an elevated Command window, can you please run the following command for me ....

DISM /Online /Get-CurrentEdition

If the command fails (and I expect it will), then can you please post .... C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\Dism.log
