I noticed a few entries like this in one of the logs: Error: (01/07/2021 11:28:56 PM) (Source: Ntfs) (EventID: 55) (User: ) Description: The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume System. I have run chkdsk /F several times and it has reported no errors. So, I'm not sure why these appear, and/or if they are affecting the issues. Step 3: Warning: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Do not run this script on another machine. Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop. Right-click on FRST64.exe and select "Run as administrator". Press the Fix button. The tool will now process fixlist.txt. If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run. Disconnect all devices that are not required, i.e. printers, scanners, cameras, etc. If the problem persists, perform a new scan with the FRST tool and attach the files FRST.txt and Addition.txt.

There have been a few Windows and Office updates trickling in since. Installed them with no errors. FRST logs attached. Any thoughts on these repeated entries, noting that ChkDsk finds no issues.
