I did find this though... when I download http://download.windowsupdate.com/c..._63d498e93bee4669f75999e5aedab2dcb80a834b.cab on the server the first time, it failed to download, the 2nd time I just retried, it downloaded, but came down as a 1KB file instead of 11KB as it should have been. I also downloaded on my computer and it came across as 11KB, not the 1KB which won't open. This would lead me to believe something is filtering the download. Thoughts on this? I am going to push on our networking team again to check the firewall.
