So I recently changed my Motherboard and CPU and because of that I decided to reformat widows with the Reset My PC feature,
I have a CSR bluetooth driver and on my old setup I did as such:
1. Right Click -> Update Driver
2. Browse my computer for driver software
3. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
4. Generic Bluetooth Driver
And it worked great.
However on my new Setup I cannot see the Generic Bluetooth Driver anywhere, I tried installing it from intel and realtek but to no success.
My new CPU is Amd Ryzen 5 3600 and my new motherboard is Asus TUF B450M-PLUS GAMING, my old CPU was an Intel i5 6500.
I don't know if I wanna go that far for one driver but I was thinking a clean install of windows from a USB could do that trick, however, I could be wrong and it would be a total waste of time..
Thank you for the help.

Pretty sure you can't find "generic" Bluetooth drivers because, AFAIK, there is no such thing. I note according the specs for your new motherboard, it does NOT include Bluetooth. You need to connect a Bluetooth device to your computer (for example, a Bluetooth dongle to a USB port). Then in Settings > Devices click Add Bluetooth or other device and follow the prompts.

Yep that's exactly what I was talking about, I bought a USB dongle for my old pc (old motherboard Asus H110K also doesn't have bluetooth) and it didn't work (just like it doesn't now, it uses a very outdated driver that comes with it on cd), then when I updated it to Generic Bluetooth Driver through device manager it started working fine - here it is:

but when I try update the driver now I don't get any generic driver,
I'll post an example from my laptop of which it is working fine on (although it does support bluetooth so that's pointless) - this is also what it looked like before I reformatted windows:

Never mind man after struggling with this for a whole two days I managed to fix it by uninstalling the CSR driver and plugging the dongle again after DISM restore.
at least I think, I tried a lot of things, thanks anyways

Great! I am glad you got it sorted out and thanks for coming back and posting your solution. :)
