Before i start, sorry for bad english.

So I couldn't do any update on my PC (Windows 10) using windows check for update, upgrading with media creation tool (both online and local fix doesn't work), or the upgrade to windows 10 tool.
While other command that i've been using to solve these issues are not working either. Like SFC Scan, Dism Restore Health.
I've tried to "reset this pc" with keep files option, but it doesn't work either.

I think my windows have a lot of corrupted files, since these issues happen after my PSU blown away. But i don't want to do a full reset right now, so i hope you guys could help
Before posting this, i've tried to use this method. But it doesn't work either. I've put the SFCFix.txt text below

Hello @akael888 :-)

If you are still needing help please post the latest set of logs in your CBS folder.
Please zip up the folder by following the below instructions so it can be attached to your thread.
  1. Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\Logs folder.
  2. Right-click on the CBS folder and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  3. Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
  4. Click on the Yes button here. A file called CBS.zip will be created on your desktop
