Can't add, remove, or list Windows Roles and Features Server 2016

Needing assistance with this one, please. I've attached the CBS.log. I had errors indicating that SFCFix.exe could not connect to the servers, but I've included the text below.

WINDOWS SERVER 2016 - Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.3242)

Symptoms

  1. Add Roles and Features Wizard
Start the "Add Roles and Features Wizard"​
Select Role-based and click Next​
Select server and click Next​
ERROR: "The request to list features available on the specified server failed."​

  1. dism /online /get-features
C:\windows\system32>dism /online /get-features​
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool​

Error: 0x800f0805​
The specified package is not valid Windows package.​
The DISM log file can be found at C:\windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log​


NOTES:

Per the Sysnative Windows Update forum instructions.


2. Run SFC Scan​
Ran "sfc /scannow" from a command prompt started with "Run as Administrator"​
C:\Users\Administrator.SGBPC>sfc /scannow​
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.​

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.​

3. SURT/DISM Scan​

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth​
