cannot update windows 7 missing or corrupt files

hi guys,

i have searched the net for all known fixes i have tried the sfc scannow and no success also tried the tools on microsoft website and still no luck,
some help would be very much appreciated.

the error codes i am getting are 80070643, 80071a91 and 9c59.
