Cannot repair member file [SFC scan]

Hi all,

Recently, my computer started artifacting and I cant seem to find the problem. It usually happens when I play some games and my computer would just freeze up and stripes displayed.
I tried running Memtest86 and after 7 passes, no errors were found. Having done some research online, I found out that maybe corrupted files/registry might also have lead to artifacting; which brings me here.

Found some errors after sfc scan and I hope you guys would be able to help me out. Attached are the logs.

System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) - Scan
Follow the instructions below to run a scan with the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and provide a log;

• Download the right version of SURT for your system;
  • Your version of Windows is:
• Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go throught the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes);
• On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log;
• Attach this log in your next reply;
