Cannot install Windows 10 (via Windows Update or Media Creation Tool)

Hello,

Today I wanted to update to Windows 10 through Windows Update but I get the c0000374 error.
I've also tried MediaCreationTool but it stops after choosing if I want to keep my settings etc. or not, after that the window just closes.
Then I've downloaded the ISO and installed Daemon Tools and went through the setup and it stopped when I had the full screen ''Installing Windows 10'' and then it said rebooting your system (which it should do to install) and then the windows just closed

I don't know what to do anymore.
