Cannot install Websocket protocol

I'm trying to install the WebSocket protocol on Windows Server 2019, but I'm encountering the following error:

Error: 0x80073701

Hi,

I'm trying to install the WebSocket protocol on Windows Server 2019, but I'm encountering the following error:

PS C:\Users\beheer> install-windowsfeature -name Web-Websockets
install-windowsfeature : The request to add or remove features on the specified server failed.
Installation of one or more roles, role services, or features failed.
The referenced assembly could not be found. Error: 0x80073701

I followed the steps up to the point of creating the searchreg.txt...

I've attached the CBS log and the searchreg.txt for KB5001342, which was referenced in the CBS logs.

The update KB5001342 is not installed on this computer when a want to uninstall it.

Could someone help me by providing a fixlist.txt or suggesting another possible solution?
