cannot get role and feature data in active directory "invalid class"

hello guys

i have a problem with my server manager in active directory show me this message " cannot get role or feature data "
i tried many solution like this command type for /f %s in (‘dir /b *.mof *.mfl’) do mofcomp %s’ without any success


i tried power shell but give me invalid class

i appreciate your help thanks in advance
