Hi,

I'm having issues connecting to my office VPN. It was working earlier and all of a sudden, it does not allow me to connect.

I get a error message which says "The network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. The network connection between your computer and the VPN server was interrupted. This can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission and is commonly the result of internet latency or simply that your VPN server has reached capacity. Please try to reconnect to the VPN server. If this problem persists, contact the VPN administrator and analyze quality of network connectivity."

Server is Windows 2003,

I'm trying to connect through my windows 10 Pro, Dell Laptop and through Wifi. I have my other systems in the office which are desktops and are connected through ethernet, there are all working fine.

The VPN is being provided by Clavister.

Please help.

Regards,

Make sure that your networking drivers are updated.

Go into Device Manager, expand the networking area; double-click on wifi &/or Ethernet; select "driver" tab; obtain the driver name (e.g., abc123.sys)

Then look it up in the DRT - Driver Reference Table -- then click on update site and locate/install the new driver.

Regards. . .
