can u help me with this error corrupted file SBCModel.json and SBCModel.txt because of this sfc /scannow is not finish and i try to do other thing like sfcfix and this is the result

SFCFix scripts are created per user to address the unique problems in their threads.

Please run DISM, then zip and attach the CBS log file so I can create a fix for you :)

DISM /RestoreHealth Scan

Warning: this fix is specific to the user in this thread. No one else should follow these instructions as it may cause more harm than good. If you are after assistance, please start a thread of your own.

1. Right-click on the Start
   
   button and select Command Prompt (Admin)
2. When command prompt opens, Copy (Ctrl+C) and Paste (Right-click > Paste) the following command into it, then press Enter
   
   Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
   
   Wait for this to finish before you continue
   
   copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log %userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt
   
   
3. This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please zip and attach this to your next post.

If the zip file is larger than 8MB, please use a file sharing service such as OneDrive, DropBox, SendSpace, etc. and include the link with your reply.

Looks like DISM downloaded the files it needed. Go ahead and run DISM again, if it comes back clean then try System File Checker.

dism is 100% and scan actually no found any problem. so weird because yesterday i do this stuff and found corrupted file on it. can u tell me why this happening?

DISM can fix some problems on it's own, it may have had problems downloading the files yesterday.

Let's make sure that the disk is healthy.

GSmartControl
Follow the instructions below to test your hard drive health with GSmartControl:

• Download GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
• Extract the content of the GSmartControl .zip archive and execute gsmartcontrol.exe; To extract you can right-click your mouse on the GSmartControl.zip file and select Extract.
• Identify your drive in the list, and double-click on it to bring up it's window (usually you'll find your drive by it's size or it's brand name);
• Go in the Perform Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);
• Once the test is over, the results will be displayed at the bottom of the window. Please copy and paste these results in your next reply;
