Eileen Blau filed a lawsuit in Superior Court in Camden, New Jersey against Daniel Allen for compensation of "severe and multiple injuries, some of which are permanent in nature" caused in an accident two years ago. Blau, an elementary school teacher at E.T. Hamiliton School claims Allen, then age 11, "negligently and carelessly" knocked her over while he was running at an "excessive rate of speed" to catch his bus home.
