At the suggestion of Maxstar (Windows Update Moderator, Security Analyst), I am posting here in the BSOD forum.

Background Description of Problem
On Jun 2, 2023, I posted in the Windows Update forum that the "Feature Update to Windows 10, version 22H2" had failed to install for the last seven times with the noted error of 0x800f0900. I subsequently added updates to the original post and attached log files per the Windows Update Posting Instructions. Since this issue started, my PC has experienced three BSODs and a few "Fixing Stages 1 and 2" processes when powering on. My Office 2019 programs (Word & Excel) sporadically fail to open and even after removal and re-installation, they still do not work correctly. The most recent issue is related to my HP Envy 5530 network printer (no longer listed; cannot add printer; printer folder empty; Print Spooler service will not start). The printer is connected directy to a Dell PC running Windows 8.1 and works perfectly. I am also unable to go back to a restore point as that function has failed (no c: drive listed).

Results From Following BSOD Posting Instructions
Ran SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe and zip file attached
Answers to Questions Posed and txt file attached
Ran Speccy64.exe and this is the link: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/j2dHd2ivwKLRe2I2pwkzXVG
Ran Malwarebytes and txt file attached

Per Step 7, I will run remaining operations while I wait for a reply. Many thanks for your help.

One of the dumps is corrupted (it has a size of 1kB) but the other four point very strongly to a RAM issue. TBH you're pushing the limits running Windows 10 in 4GB of RAM, it's doable as you know, but you're on the limit really.

I would initially suggest that you download Memtest86, use the tool extracted from the download to make a bootable US drive (1GB will be plenty), and then boot that USB drive. Memtest86 will start running as soon as it boots.

If no errors have been reported after the four iterations of the 13 different tests then restart Memtest86 and do another four iterations (for a total of 8). Even a single bit error is a failure.

I ran Memtest86 twice and there were no errors (see results in attached PDF). Please note that I use my Lenovo PC running Windows 10 on a limited basis so the 4GB of RAM is quite adequate. I network with my Dell PC for access to all my folders and documents as well as manage an Outlook email account.

If you read my content in the Sysnative Windows Update forum, it details the Windows 10 Update issue I had back in February 2022. After running numerous "fixes" without success, it was finally determined there was an issue with the Drivers Hive which could not be repaired manually. The solution was to perform a Windows Repair Install and subsequently Windows Update was able to successfully install updates that had previously failed.

Seeing as there is no RAM issue, is it an option to perform another Windows Repair Install?

I'm not sure how relevant this is but in Device Manager / Display Adapters, there is a yellow triangle with exclamation mark on the Intel UHD Graphics 600. The Properties indicate "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing (Code 39). An invalid parameter was passed to a service or function."

Please advise next steps. Many thanks.

If you RAM is good then we need to look elsewhere for the cause. In your System log I can see errors reported for the HDD, these might have some bearing on all your problems. Here are a few...

I SUGGEST YOU BACKUP ALL YOUR USER DATA NOW!

I suspect that disk is failing. To confirm this (after you have backed up your data) download CrystalDiskInfo and post a snapshot of the SMART data for that drive.

We'll look at the iGPU driver issue after we have confirmed whether your HDD is failing.

In addition to the above, could you please run the following commands from an elevated command prompt and then post the results in your next post:

Code:
fltmc filters
reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e967-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}" /v UpperFilters

It looks like your disk is beginning to fail as noted by @ubuysa, I would strongly suggest that you backup any important data before it becomes corrupted.

There doesn't appear to be any problematic filter drivers on your system, MBAM (Malwarebytes) does occasionally have bugs but usually they're patched quickly and your disk is more likely the cause of your crashes.

A more aggressive chkdsk command might get your SMART status to say "Good" but it would be risky and ultimately your disk status may eventually revert back to "Caution".

All my data is thoroughly backed up (WD external drive, USB flash drive, second PC). What if I replace the existing hard drive? What would be next steps?

If it were mine I would do a clean install of Windows from a bootable USB drive (made via the Media Creation Tool) and then restore any backed up data. IMO trying to clone a flaky drive is asking for trouble,

Then use the system as normally would, after restoring any backed up data using a disk image and see if the system crashes again. I wouldn't use a cloned disk though because as ubuysa pointed out, they're prone to cause failures and some disk cloning programs don't even clone the partitions correctly to begin with.

Are all the issues with my Lenovo PC (Windows Update failures, multiple BSODs, etc.) due to a failing hard drive? As previously mentioned, system restore (create or restore) does not function, Intel Graphics driver displays Code 39, and I'm unable to install printer (Print Spooler error). I can't load HP Print & Scan Doctor or even access Event Viewer (tried all 12 methods). Running ComponentsScanner.exe reported "hive is dirty" with 443 inconsistencies and 1066 warnings. When you say "do a clean install of Windows," how is that possible when so many system files are corrupt. Does a Windows 10 Repair Install update the operating system and fix any corruptions and give me a "clean" version of Windows 10? I do plan on installing a new 500GB WD SSD drive and will not clone the existing HDD drive.

Yes, Stop 0x154s are commonly caused by failing disks and many update issues are due to hardware failure.

A clean install is installing completely from anew on a new hard disk, you can then restore any personal files afterwards. A repair install - or technically an in-place upgrade - can resolve many issues in some cases but it can also fail and may not resolve everything. Unfortunately, it isn't a magic pill like some people like to suggest it is.

I downloaded Media Creation Tool22H2.exe from the posted link and have I inserted a blank 32GB USB flash drive (E drive). I get to the screen that says Windows 10 Setup "The USB flash drive must be at least 8GB or larger. Please select another drive." I've watched various videos and this scenario did not present itself. Can you please advise what the issue is. Thanks.

I figured it out thanks to a Quora post about restoring a SanDisk 32GB flash drive to its full capacity. I had to run command prompt to access diskpart and then clean, create partition primary, and format...so all good.

I've purchased a new WD 500GB SDD and now that I have created a Windows 10 USB bootable drive, is it just a case of accessing the BIOS and changing the Boot Priority to select the USB flash drive? After that, I believe Windows Set Up appears and one continues with the installation. By the way, do I need to download any particular drivers for my Lenovo to run correctly? Is there anything other information I should be aware of? Thanks.

Yes, change the boot priority and then it should immediately boot from the USB and then take you through the installation steps. Although, most - if not all - of your hardware should have support with the generic Windows 10 drivers, it is nevertheless, advisable that you download all your drivers from Lenovo support page, particularly any Wi-Fi drivers.

Just a quick thank you to Sysnative administrators and senior analysts for help with my Lenovo PC. My new hard drive and Windows 10 OS were successfully installed and everything is working great!
