I nave an intel NUC that has been running 24/7 for about 4 years. Never had any problems until about 4 days ago. I didn't change any hardware, or install/uninstall/upgrade software/drivers.

Now about 5 times per day I get a BSOD.

I used kd to analyze the MEMORY.DMP file, and it points to svchost.exe

I'm a little out of my wheelhouse trying to pin down what is actually causing this. I have attached the debug log from kd in hopes that someone much smarter than I can tell what is causing this.

PROCESS_NAME returns the svchost.exe process that was running at the time of the crash. Anyway, I wouldn't see the reason for the blue screen in it. For this, the IMAGE_NAME field returns the termdd.sys driver, so the first thing I recommend is checking in Windows Update if there is any update for the system to download

I was able to find some other forum posts based on error codes in the debug log that suggested to update the video card drivers. I did that last night, and now about 24 hours later, I haven't had any BSODs since. I'm going to assume for now that the issue is resolved.

Thanks for your assistance.

Thanks for letting us know, please keep using the system as you normally would for the next few days and see if it crashes.
