Windows Server 2008 r2 sp1 is crashing randomly, several times a week:

I have these dump files:
Filebin :: bin y8690qjmz9pdleib

Someone told me this is caused by termdd.sys, a driver related to remote desktop.
I would like to have some more help and I don't know if this is the real reason and what to do/how to fixed. A whole business needs this server running.
ATM I'm not at server so I can't provide more info as suggested in pinned threads. But let me know what else you might need in order to find out what is going on.

Thanks, it may also be worthwhile, zipping up the kernel memory dump file and then posting it to a file sharing site such as OneDrive or Dropbox. The file will be too large to attach to a post. The file can be found in the following directory:

Code:
%systemroot%\MEMORY.DMP

for some reason recently I have crashed exponentially more than ever before. Just yesterday I crashed at least 4 times (even though for some reason it only shows once). Yesterday was the last straw for me, I ended up spending 40$ on software (reimage repair) To clean up my system and hopefully stop my problem. Well, 5 min after i finished the process my pc blue screened. After that I used tweaking twice (which took like 8 hours) and my Pc Just blue screened again.
