If you want to run it from USB, download this (launch the installer and it will format a USB drive selected, installing MemTest to it) and if you want to run it from CD, download this (extract ZIP and burn ISO file to CD as an image).

i ran it from USB and have no executable file as you can see ... did i do something wrong?

Hi, sorry that i have not given a feedback since the last time. the problem is .... (whit all the shame

) I did not succeed to run the both tests RAM and HDD.
