You might as well stop Prime95. It doesn't look like it's going to find anything.
Noticed you're not running SP1. I know we're focusing on a hardware issue and you've done a clean install but it's always best to be fully updated. Also saw this:

Take a look in device manager and look for any exclamation marks. Devices without drivers can cause instability. including BSOD's.
