Hey guys,
I get from time to time a random BSOD, I want to try and solve this.
Here are the PC details:

· OS - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? - Windows 7 Ultimate
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit)? - x64 (64-bit)
· What was the originally installed OS on the system? - Win 7 Ultimate
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? - full retail version
· Age of system (hardware) - Around 7 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? - Around 7 years, no

· CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz‏, ‎3300 Mhz
· Video Card - AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) - Gigabyte P67-DS3-B3
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one)

· System Manufacturer
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on the bottom)

· Laptop or Desktop? Desktop

I attached the SysnativeFileCollectionApp zip file, and I'm attaching 2 more files that Windows generated automatically after the crash.
Thank you!

Hi,

I went through your logs and noticed the following.
Code:
Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00006
This product ID should be showing only when the OS is an OEM version, this implies that your copy of Windows is illegally activated. I also noticed other traces of illegal activation of software that require a license for the use of extended features.

You say you have a retail version, which would mean you have a genuine key to activate Windows. Please use this key to activate Windows and remove any software used for illegally activating other programs as well as the programs that have been activated illegally, depending on how it's illegally activated it could very well become a security issue for your system.

Forum rules dictate that no support can be given until the above has been addressed. Once the above has been addressed, please provide new logs for us to verify so that we can help.

Ah,
I got it from the computers store in here.
I guess I'll have to handle it by myself then.
Thank you.

That explains it. Such stores install a cracked version because it's cheaper. If you paid money for the installation I recommend requesting your money back.

Owner isn't the same guy. I guess it's doomed.
Well, time to get a new pc.

If you got it from a computer store then the computer store was the previous owner, so I'm not sure what you mean with the owner isn't the same guy?

The store was closed and then re-opened with a different owner.
Nevermind, not a very important information :)
