BSOD on every startup HELP!

hey. my device - acer nitro v ( anv15-51) im facing bsod on every startup it happens whenever i change anything for example - today i downloaded wallpaper engine and after i tried restarting bsod came but on another try i logged in so its like alternate ( i have valorant installed btw ) pls pls help me out i checked event viewer and it said kernal error bugcheck code is 209 and also i play heavy graphic games but never log bsod.. its just on startup sorry its my first time posting here dont know much steps

Hi!

Uninstall valorant (and vgk.sys).
Use a free uninstaller like iobit uninstaller, wise program uninstaller, geek uninstaller, and so forth, or your preferred one.

hey but i play valorant very oftenalso when i searched for error on google it says some corrupted or outdated wifi drivers

Its driver, vgk.sys, is a well known problematic driver that cause bsods.
If it is not present in your system and the bsods disappear, we will have confirmation that the problem was that program.

alright sir ill delete it for 7 days and see if i get kernel errors while using wallpaper engine .. etc or not but why dont riot games fix this issue? before your replies i tried to turned off auto startup of riot games and vanguard and surprisingly bsod stopped on startup but dont know till when so ill follow what you say!! tysm ill update if anything happens (im not native english so dont mind)
