BSOD: JSGRIFF2.ZIP file and PERFMON.HTML file

No .dmps were included in the reports. If you have used ccleaner or Windows Disk Cleanup since the previous crashes, the .dmps may have been deleted as part of the cleanup process. Please refrain from using those programs for the duration of your troubleshooting.

If you did not use ccleaner or Windows Disk Cleanup, let us know, and we can provide further steps to make sure Windows is setup properly to create the .dmps.

We may have to wait until after you have had a few crashes so we have .dmps to analyze.

No problem with getting help on multiple forums. If the user wants help from us, we are more than happy to provide our expertise. It is great to know about the help on the other forums, though, so we know what has already been suggested and tried.

Appreciate the heads up. :-}

There's a little bit of confusion here. I think maybe the OP posted here unwittingly?

The OP has posted at BC and is being assisted there: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic475678.html

I apologize if I posted here in error, I was following instructions after posting to BC. Those instructions took me to this site; therefore, I posted the information requested. I guess I scewed up???

As for Ccleaner; yes, I had it set to delete memory dumps. I have corrected that problem.

You didn't screw up. You are welcome to get help both here and at BC, or you can limit yourself to BC to prevent confusion with those helping there. It is entirely up to you. :-}

I'm glad I didn't tick someone off.

I would be glad of the help from whoever can provide it. I'll leave both threads open, if you don't mind, since, in my opinion, two head are better than one.

Thanks for understanding.

We will be happy to help.

May I suggest letting those at BC know about this thread, so they can follow here as we follow there. That way, we can work as partners to address your problems together without stepping on each other's toes. :-}

I had already linked them to this site when I updated the thread. I'm sure that is how AustrAlien became aware of the fact I had posted on both sites. BC were the ones who provided instructions to post the results to this site ... I'm not sure how that worked. Anyway, everyone is aware and I thank you for your assistance. Hopefully, my PC will get a BSOD sometime soon, so I can get this figured out ... never thought I'd wish that on myself ... :)
